A legal disclaimer

Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that life happens. All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If a session is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% refund will be issued, and a new session will need to be booked. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. (Monthly package cancellations will be determined upon request.)

Refund Policy: Refunds are available only if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, in which case a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

 

Late Arrivals: At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session promptly. Both the Coach and Client commit to starting and finishing each session on time to honor each other's schedules.

  • If the Client is more than 10 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the Coach will assume the session is a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and the session will be forfeited.

  • If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the session to receive a 50% refund or reschedule the session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

We encourage clients to be punctual and mindful of the scheduled time to make the most of each session.
